At the YMCA of Greater Whittier, you’ll find classes for all ages, all levels and all interests. We have more than 130 classes each week!

From low-impact exercise and chair classes, stretching and strength training to indoor cycling, water exercise, yoga, and tennis, you’ll find a group class that’s fun, supportive and keeps you moving.
