Our mission is to provide an encouraging atmosphere where athletes of all ages and skill levels can develop and improve their gymnastics skills, while growing spiritually, physically and emotionally.

Beam

Working on the low beam. Skills: support mount, tuck sit, arabesque, straight jump, and straight jump dismount.

Vault

While using a trampoline and mats the focus will be on the 4 core skills such as a good strong run, a proper hurdle, jumping onto the trampoline, landing with arms up, and finishing properly in a pile.

Beam

Working with low beam with transitioning into the middle beam.
*Skills: Lay back in pike, roll tuck stand, lever to T mark, and kneel cartwheel.

Vault

Using the same equipment from Level 1, with increasing the height of the mats.
*Skills: Learning handstands and a falling to hollow body before moving to the table vault.

Beam

Working mainly on high beams.
*Skills: Mastering skills from Level 1 and 2 on high beams with strengthening how to balance.

Vault

Working on table vault.
*Skills: Mastering skills from Level 1 and 2 from trampoline to table vault.

A team that works on routines and tumbling.
They also perform at events; must pass Levels 1 & 2.

For Ages 3-6.
Tumbling and movement education for both boys and girls. Teaches motor skills involving balance, strength, and coordination.

For Ages 1-2. Parent participation class.
Through motor skill development, music, and movement, this class teaches infants and toddlers gymnastics-style play and develops their emotional and social skills.

The gym is opening to the gymnast for extra practice with the coaches.
